The Department of Law organized a workshop on Criminal Mock Trial, Summer-2019 in Britannia University Campus in which the students of Summer 2016 and Spring 2016 batch participated and performed as partial requirement of moot court sessions. Such kind of workshop is held in each semester for senior students of the Department for gaining practical knowledge on trial proceedings of a case. In the session, the students showed their team effort & hard work for the moot court session. They are very lucky to have an honorable Judge as a course teacher, named Mr. Rokon Uddin Kabir Joint District Judge, Cumilla. In the session the Honorable Judge had initiated his speech by alluding that practical knowledge of court is very necessary for a law student. In the session the respected Dean Dr. Md. Milan Hossain, School of Law, Prof. Dr. Surajit Sarbabidya,   respected Dean, School of Business, Mr. Mohammad Faruk, honorable Disftrict and Session Judge, Noakhali Mr. Syed Shafiqul Haque, admin director, and Mohammad Motasim Billah, Lecturer, Department of Law were present. The students have performed so amazing that the respected teachers were so much pleased! Dr. Milan Hossain, Dean, School of Law, and Learned Rokon Uddin Kabir, Joint District and Sessions Judge of Comilla wished them a very good luck. We are very thankful to Rokon Uddin Kabir sir for his inspiration to the students and valuable time in evaluating the performance of the students. We are also very thankful and grateful to Prof. Dr. Tofail Ahmed, PhD, the honorable Vice Chancellor, Britannia University and the authority for their cooperation and all kinds of supports.
