Kiswar Zereen was born on 6th November, 1988 in Cumilla city in an enlightened Muslim family. Her father M.G. Mustafa, a Professor of English, now retired, instilled a deep love for English even in her school days. Taking privilege of easy access to the rich library of her father, she turned to become an ardent reader, especially of English language and literature. She attended Nawab Faizunnesa Govt. Girls High School and Comilla Victoria Govt. College. Then she got her Hons. and Master’s Degrees in English from Comilla University. Now, she is serving as a Lecturer in the Department of English in Britannia University, Cumilla.
