Tania Akter, working as a faculty member in the School of Business at Britannia University, Cumilla, Bangladesh. She completed her BBA in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) with distinction from Cumilla University, Bangladesh.
She has expertise in Human Resource Management, Management and related subjects. She already published scholarly articles in reputed national and international journals along with seven international conference papers so far.
